How do I request changes to my site?
All changes to your site can be made through the extranet section of our site or by contacting our sales department. If you purchased the support module add on, you will recieve extra hours a month towords enhancements or content updates. All of this can be managed through our extranet.
How do I notify you of bugs within site?
If for any reason your site is not working the way it was intended, you should contact us through our extranet section of our site and report a bug within our bugTracking application. If you do not feel comfortable or if you need to talk to a support agent, you can contact us through email.
Where does my web site reside when we're done with its development?
A web site physically resides on a server when we are done with its development.
Who will own the work when the project is complete?
When the project is done and all parties are satified you the client will own all graphic files except source files which can be made available. Our client extranet will allow you to login and download these files at anytime.
